Christmas Salad

A wonderful salad to accompany the Christmas meal!

 Wash and dry the lettuce, rocket salad and pear. Cut the lettuce into large pieces. The larger the pieces, the longer the nutrients remain in the salad. Cut the pear into thin slices and the figs into large pieces. In a bowl add the lettuce, rocket salad, pear, figs and the wheat rusks broken into pieces. Add salt and pepper and mix. Cut the goat cheese into slices and place it on top. Add the olive oil and the oxymel and sprinkle with chia seeds and pistachios. 

Tip- With the leftover figs you can garnish a perfect cheese platter. Combine it with a cool white wine.
