Lafkas Mill is a start-up family-run nut processing business. Its workshop is located in Kypseli, a village in an agricultural area in the state of Xanthi, located in new facilities and is fully equipped with modern machinery. For the grinding of the nuts is used Stonemill (millstones 800 kg). In this way the products receive minimal treatment, keeping to the maximum their nutrients and aromas of the nut.
The temperature of the product remains low during its preperation, which makes the nut butters of the Lafkas Mill family premium quality. The preperation of the products, which are 100% natural, without additional oils, palm oil, genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and sugar, is made in small batches and the nut butters of one component or different combinations, are packed in glass jars.
