Based in Moudros, Limnos, SALAMOUSAS AGRIFOOD has been active for more than 100 years in the primary and commercial sectors, producing, packaging and making available legumes, flours and cereals derived from local, traditional, revived varieties, cultivated in fertile soil of Limnos. It is a purely family business under the direction of brothers Panagiotis and Stergios, agronomist and economist respectively who continue the work of parents Christos and Polyxeni Salamousa. In the close cooperative environment of the company are the notary producers, the University of the Aegean with the Department of Food and Nutrition, Aristotle and the partner stores throughout Greece.
