“Tο Αnogi” has its roots in the tradition and art of pastry making. It all started in 1960 by Nikolaos Maroulis who found out about the art of producing the “Pasteli” with honey, next to the producer of pasteli, Mr Kykna at his birth place Kea(Tzia) and, over the years, finalized and gave “Anogi” pasteli its current taste and form.
His son Petros Maroulis, having the opportunity to choose the best raw materials and thanks to the valuable knowledge of the beekeeping art he possesses, continues the tradition and the traditional art, enriching the list of products of the company “To Anogi” with handmade pasteli, cereal and oat bars, high quality nutritional products, with honey from Kea, excellent almonds and sesame from the east, made with imagination, knowledge, love and passion.
