Velouitinos company was formed in 2001 on the most northerly island of the Aegean Sea, the evergreen Thassos. It specializes in the cultivation of Thassos olive (Olea europea var. Thrumba Thassos) and is made exclusively with organic farming standards, without chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides. The olive fruit is processed and packaged in order to produce two main products, table olives and olive oil, while other varieties of olives are processed and packaged at the same time.
